Yes, they are only available through our Lucky Dip Brooch! They are mixed in with the stock we have available ✨
HOW OFTEN DOES SOMEONE RECEIVE A LUCKY DIP EXLCUSIVE?
It’s totally random. We do have a minimum we want to include in any mix of Lucky Dips, but we're sure you understand why we can’t give you specifics on that!
DO WE RESPOND TO NOTES ON LUCKY DIP ORDERS?
We always read them. We love knowing what you have to say. But as a general rule, and 95% of the time, no, notes do not impact what Lucky Dips you receive. We gotta keep it lucky! So what's the 5%? We will try be mindful if you say you already own something specific, or love/don’t love broad categories of designs. Plus, we are only human so we can’t say for sure that team members aren’t swayed by a little emotion, or humor, or flattery on the very odd occasion, despite being told not to be...
HOW MANY ARE PIECES ARE BEING RELEASED?
That's our little secret. For now. We're working on a digital Museum and once that is live we'll look to add Lucky Dip Exclusive designs to it. But only once they have sold out of course.
HOW OFTEN WILL NEW ONES BE INTRODUCED? WILL THERE BE MORE?
Yes, there will most definitely be more! We’ve planned the first 6 already. New ones will start appearing when the current one sells out.
IF IT'S A LUCKY DIP EXCLUSIVE DOES THAT MEAN IT WON'T BE IN FAN FAVOURITE RANGES?
Yes and no. It won't be produced for a fan favourite collection in exactly the same colour combination as the exclusive version, but it may still pop up refreshed again in fan favourite ranges in future.
