Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasps are made from plated brass. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials. If you have any questions at all, please email the team at hello@erstwilder.com.

Designs come packaged in Erstwilder gift boxes.

Returns

We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.

A drive down memory lane

When I was little, my family and I lived in the UK and my dad bought an old Kombi to tour around in. As an adult, I use a lot of driving/journey metaphors in my training/speaking work - and I always use pics of Kombis (if I can) to do it! So when this came up, it was a no-brainer. Funny thing though - my memory of our family Kombi was of a blue one... but my mum asked me when she saw it, "Do you remember your dad spraypainting our old Kombi? All the inside of the barn was splattered red!" So I'm doubly happy with this now. A real trip down memory lane every time I wear it. (And it looks stunning on my longline black cardi!)
