Included designs can be everything from available to sold-out and in-demand pieces. Note that Lucky Dip Licensed Brooch purchases will not include Lucky Dip Exclusives or Lucky Dip Special Editions.

Erstwilder Lucky Dips are available strictly while stocks last. Lucky Dips are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a fault is found we will offer a refund or exchange for another Lucky Dip. Lucky Dip products may vary from order to order and from images displayed which are for illustration purposes only. Lucky Dip designs may also include pieces in perfect condition but which are missing their accompanying story card.

Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasps are made from plated brass. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials. If you have any questions at all, please email the team at hello@erstwilder.com.

Returns

We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.

I treated myself to a birthday gift and took a chance on a lucky dip and a licensed brooch. I received a May Gibbs brooch and a botanical fruit. I'm going to swap the botanical one as it's not something i would buy for myself. Always happy with my purchases!

Lucky licensed lucky dip!

I have purchased lucky dips before, but not from the licensed range. I was thrilled with the brooch EW selected for me - Dorothy Gale from the Wizard of Oz collection which is a perfect addition to the brooches from that collection I had already purchased.
