Erstwilder are on the lookout for an energetic and organised Office Manager to help keep our Ops team in check, our systems running smoothly, our space in perfect order and our reporting accurate. If you're a natural born administrator with a keen eye for deadlines and details and the type of person who finds joy in keeping things humming, then you're the person we're looking for. Experience in a similar previous role isn't essential, but enthusiasm, aptitude, an appetite for learning and applicable skills are.
Charged with ensuring the smooth administrative functions of the business, the primary function of this role will be as the main executor of the major operational functions, while assisting in the development of procedures, systems and processes. A secondary, but no less important function of the role will be to take a leadership role in promoting the Erstwilder culture within the organisation through coordinating social events and celebrating business and team milestones. It will also oversee management of the space and stock of all consumables.

Major KPIs for the role will be focused on an accurate and timely execution of inventory management and order fulfillment processes, ensuring data accuracy on business-facing and customer-facing platforms, leadership, planning and team building, and performance of general administrative duties.
