HOW TO USE DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email which contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. There's two ways to order:
1) Add the desired gift card amount to checkout, order and receive the email yourself, then forward the gift card email directly to the lucky recipient or download and print it to give in person.
2) Select "Send as a Gift" then complete the form to send the gift card to the recipients email address directly. Add to cart then checkout as normal.
Digital Gift Cards can be used over multiple transactions. No additional processing fees apply. Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase. Please note discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

When purchasing a physical item/s with a digital gift card in the same order, standard shipping rates will apply for the physical items only. Free shipping will apply for qualifying orders, as per the standard thresholds dependent on your region.

Returns
We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:
Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.
