A limited number of early bird tickets are now available on a first come, first served basis.

What’s Included?
Your ticket includes a fabulous selection of canapes along with a cocktail on arrival, plus a variety of sparkling / white / red wine and beer options (standard soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee too) – all unlimited!
Of course, it’s not an Erstwilder party without some exclusives. 😉 Each ticket holder will receive a small gift bag that includes an exclusive Erstwilder original brooch design. Attendees will also be treated to a first look at our next release on the day, and the chance to mingle with some familiar faces and special guests.

FAQS
Tickets:
• 1 ticket per person. Please present your digital ticket on arrival.
• As this is a licensed venue and event, attendees must be aged 18+.
• Your ticket purchase is non-transferable to another person.
• The cut-off date for refunds / change of mind is Monday 27th October 2025.
• For all ticket enquiries, refunds or change of mind requests, before or after the deadline above, please contact hello@erstwilder.com directly.
• If early bird tickets sell out, we may make a second round of tickets available depending on numbers.
Food:
• A selection of different small and large canapes which will be served cocktail style.
• As such, Greenfields can’t cater for any specific dietary requirements, however a selection of nut free, gluten free and vegetarian canape options will be on offer – these will be labelled.
Drinks:
• Your ticket includes 1 cocktail per person on arrival, along with a variety of sparkling wine, white wine, red wine and beer options plus standard soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee – all unlimited!
Gifts:
• Your ticket includes 1 small gift bag per person, which will be presented to you on arrival.
• You must attend the event to claim the gift bag.
• Along with other items, each gift bag will include 1 x brooch exclusively designed for the Christmas Party, which will not be made for sale or available via other avenues.
• The gift bag cannot be collected by another on your behalf if you do not attend the event.
• Any remaining gift bags on the day will be returned to Erstwilder HQ.
Venue:
• There is wheelchair access.
• Whilst this is a cocktail style event, there will be seating available around the venue.
• To access Greenfields by tram: Routes 3, 3A, 5, 6, 16, 64 or 67. Dismount at stop 26 (Moubray St/St Kilda Rd), then walk 50m to Queens Rd. Cross at the traffic lights and walk 100m north to the Golf Course.
• To access Greenfields by car: Enter via Queens Road or Lakeside Drive. Paid parking is available next to the venue. The car park is owned by Parks Victoria and shared with the Albert Park Golf Course. It offers approximately 115 spaces and requires payment via the meter. Monday to Friday hourly rate (8AM - 5PM): $5.80 per hour.
