How it works:
• Between 9am and 3pm (AEST) today, Thursday 22nd May, you’ll have the chance to receive a full refund on any order you place. No catches, no codes, just shop as you normally would.

The Great Giveback promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 22nd May 2025 and will end at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 22nd May 2025. During this time, every fifth order placed sequentially on ERSTWILDER.COM will receive the full order refunded, including any shipping costs paid by the customer. All Erstwilder products except digital gift cards are eligible. Customers may place multiple orders and be eligible for multiple refunds during the promotion period. Any discount codes used at checkout will not be refunded or reinstated, however if the order was eligible for rewards points, these points will be manually reinstated to the customer’s account within 24 hours of the promotion. Customers whose orders are selected for refunds will receive an email from Erstwilder Customer Care within 30 minutes of their order being placed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded funds to appear in your account. All standard shipping and return T&C's apply.
