Spring has landed and so has the new Erstwilder collection, there's a lot to be excited about with this release and I'm having trouble picking my favourites. This time last year I was asked to shoot the styled website images for the Spring collection and I'm thankful to be doing it all again this year. Here are a few behind the scenes snaps and some of my favourite designs!
When the collection was delivered to my door the first thing I did was organise a few outfits for the product shoot, I start by laying all of the designs on my bed and afterwards I spread outfits across my bed and finally I start to place the designs to arrange what will go with what. Sometimes I take images of the layouts or I make some notes so I'm organised come shoot day.
You'll see photos from my product shoot both on the Erstwilder website and my blog but here are a few of my favourites, though I had a very VERY hard time picking favourites.
I shot the images myself and am happy with how they came out, it took about six hours or so to shoot them all and then a couple of late nights to finish off the edits. This collection has me excited for spring with all of the colours/prints, the re-release of two very popular floral brooches and lots of cute animals. It's always exciting to preview a collection and to be able to style/shoot them is a dream come true! Happy spring and happy new release!
