An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fashion Accessory Product Developer to join the Erstwilder design team! This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing team who are quirky, fun and friendly, while also being talented, ambitious and hard-working.
Reporting directly to the lovely Catherine (our Head of Design) and working closely with Marc (one of the Owners and our Creative Director), you will be responsible for creating and managing specification sheets and design brief packages fit for product development across all of our product categories – think brooches, earrings and necklaces, enamel pins, scarves, bags and more (we can’t reveal everything you’ll be working on yet, there’s some surprises in store for our community!)
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a well organised team player with a structured approach to tasks. Time management will come naturally to you since you are process orientated and have the utmost respect for deadlines. Attention to detail is key to your success in this role - so is the ability to think creatively and develop “engineering” solutions that can bring new product design to life. You have a natural flair for print, colour and design as well as an ability to visualise flat concept artworks in a 3-dimensional form. Needless to say your technical skills in the Adobe Creative Suite will be comprehensive!
Depending on availability, ambition and experience, we are open to exploring a broader version of this role which might encompass additional responsibilities within the design department. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed too.
