You Are Magic
Everybody has their own inner magic. Believing that you have something special and pursuing that talent or dream is ultimate self-love.
How To Love You
Learning to love yourself is a constant journey. We are always facing new challenges and obstacles as we go through life. If you just remember to do your best and that you don’t have to be perfect then you’re golden.
Cute Butt Club
It’s okay to like how your body looks. Positive self-talk every day goes a long way. Think of yourself as your friend and you’re giving your friend a compliment.
Having someone close to you that builds you up with positive self-talk and makes you feel good about yourself is so important. Think for a moment about how certain people make you feel and consider who you should give your energy to.
You Are Good
Making steps to build your self-confidence and battling things like negative self-talk and imposter syndrome are steps in the right direction. You can do amazing things when you reject the negative idea of yourself and run toward a positive self-image. Nothing happens overnight but every step counts.
Forgive / Forget
One of the most important parts of being kind to yourself is forgiving people and moving on. Don't forget to forgive yourself too, you're allowed to make mistakes. And holding onto resentment and not making even a small effort to find peace is hugely bad for your mental health.
