If you’re an Erstwildian, you’ll surely already know that this year marks our 10th birthday. We have been talking about it quite a bit! 😊Thanks to the support we’ve received from you, our wonderful community, we’ve had the privilege of sparking joy through our limited-run accessories for 10 years now. And we’ve done a lot to celebrate. We launched the Erstwilder museum, had you vote on a special 10th birthday collection and created then gave away a special edition 10th anniversary commemorative pin. We’ve also shared some fun facts you may not have known about our decade long history – take a look on Facebook or Instagram if this is the first you’re hearing about this one.
But we aren’t done yet! We wanted to do something even more special for you and we’ve come up with something we think our collectors might consider the ‘holy grail’ of all the things we could do…
WHAT IS THE ‘DESIGNED BY YOU’ COMPETITION?
We’re giving 3 people the chance to get their brooch loving hands on the most exclusive prize we’ve ever offered. What is it you ask? How about a one-off custom Erstwilder design, just for you!
That’s right, we’re giving a lucky few people the opportunity to select their favourite piece from the complete back catalogue of Erstwilder original designs* and work with our design team to lovingly update it with new colours and resin selections to your specification.
You’ll get to experience the re-design process and end up with a truly one-of-a-kind, money-can’t-buy piece of Erstwilder treasure that will be yours and yours alone.

We’re looking to hear about (and see!) your Erstwilder stories, your Erstwilder moments, and what Erstwilder means to you. Over the years, we’ve received such wonderful feedback and have loved reading about the bonding moments and friends you’ve made through a shared love of brooches, the moments of reflection you’ve had when a design reminded you of a person, place or experience you hold dear, the times wearing particular pieces have given you strength or comfort, or the special occasions you’ve had where Erstwilder accessories were part of that story.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Erstwilder 10th Birthday 'Designed by You' Competition entries open 11:00am AEDT Friday 22th October and close 11:00am AEDT Monday 1st November 2021. Entries must be submitted via the official Typeform link and be completed in full. By entering you grant Erstwilder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to the use of imagery and information provided. Where sensitive personal information is provided, Erstwilder will discuss the use said information prior to distribution. Open to submissions world-wide. Multiple submissions are permitted. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via email by Friday 5th November 2021.
