Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasps are made from plated brass. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials. If you have any questions at all, please email the team at hello@erstwilder.com.

Designs come packaged in Erstwilder gift boxes.

Returns

We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.

My first purchase.

Long time lurker, first time buyer. My purchases came beautifully wrapped - they felt like something really special. I purchased 4 from the Care Bears line + a Lucky Dip and was just so pleased with them all. I received the Thunder Lizard as my Lucky Dip and it actually may be my favorite. One of the Care Bears has a ok. That won’t stay shuts but that should be an essay fix. Will definitely make more purchases in the future.

Care Bears Love!

My nieces are very into Care Bears so most of my purchases were gifts for them. Grumpy bear definitely appeals to me though and I couldn't be happier with my earrings and head scarf. The fact that they arrived the next day just added to my joy!
