Erstwilder enamel pins are made from high-quality hard enamel with either a gold, silver or gunmetal finish, as pictured. Finished with the Erstwilder logo embossed on the reverse side and including a rubber clutch, enamel pins come presented on an Erstwilder backing card.

Returns

We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.

Just a little Grumpy

Not being a coffee drinker, I wasn’t going to get the brooch of this design…but… being a huge fan of Grumpy bear, I did regret my decision. So happy I picked up this little guy.

I purchased several care bear pins and brooches and received a free pair of moon earrings which are beautiful. The items were packed carefully in an Erstwilder box which makes a great keepsake box to store my items in. The customer service is excellent and the items, especially the Care Bears are adorable.
