Hand-assembled from colourful resin, with laser-etched details and classic Erstwilder charm, Yarn Spinner is the perfect piece for crochet and knitting enthusiasts and even has a matching enamel pin.

DESIGN STORY

As at least one of the Erstwilder team's Nanna's used to say: "In times of crisis, keep calm and carry yarn." We're not sure how applicable it is to every situation.

Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasp is made with 100% stainless steel pin and plated brass screws. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials. If you have any questions at all, please email the team at hello@erstwilder.com.

Designs come packaged in Erstwilder gift boxes.

Returns

We want you to love your Erstwilder purchases and know that having super easy returns is part of why you shop with us, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases on erstwilder.com that meet the criteria below:

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
No refunds on Embroidery Patterns.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.

Yarn spinner brooch

My first brooch and it’s stunning. As a crocheter this was a must have. I live on the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 so it has a very long way to travel to reach me. It arrived in one piece in a beautiful box with plenty of recyclable packaging material - another plus.
I can’t wait to wear it and with all the stunning colours it’s going to match so many outfits!

Fabulous and fun brooch

Our local community has a festival called jumpers and jazz in July and I’m part of a group that does a major knitted and crocheted art installation. It was a great brooch to wear while I was welcoming visitors to our installation, event and community.

GORGEOUS SQUISHY YARN

My last purchase was from the latest Cosy Things range. I love all things textile, especially squishy yummy soft yarn. I crochet and knit so choosing the stack of yarn was an easy choice for me as it fits both knitting and crochet. I love the colours, the packaging (dont want to throw any of it away even though it’s compostable/recyclable), the quality of the product and the design, it’s all just gorgeous and I love wearing it (and all my Erstwilder brooches). Even women I don’t know comment when they see it.
