Erstwilder Lucky Dips are available strictly while stocks last. All lucky dips are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a fault is found we will offer a refund or exchange for another Lucky Dip. Lucky Dip products may vary from order to order and from images displayed which are for illustration purposes only. Lucky Dip designs may also include pieces in perfect condition but which are missing their accompanying story card. Lucky Dip designs may also include remaining stock from a bonus gift promotion that has since ended.

Each piece is hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited numbers. All designs are made from layered resin. Depending on the design metal components are either made from stainless steel, or from a lead and nickel free base-metal. Gift box included with all designs.

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Lucky Dips, Perfectly Imperfect and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For each order, a maximum of three items can be returned.
